Annual Memberships: Annual memberships cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. The membership may only be used by the membership holder and is valid for one visit per day. Annual memberships must be activated in-park; the membership term begins on the date of activation at the park, not on the purchase date. An existing annual membership may be extended by purchasing and activating a new membership at the same location — when activated, the new membership will begin immediately following the expiration of the existing membership. Get Air reserves the right to alter its business hours or close to the public due to facility rentals, holidays, or other unpredictable or uncontrollable events. Admittance is first come, first served; memberships are not reservations and do not guarantee admittance at a specific time. Membership discounts are not valid with any other discount or promotion, are not valid for the Jump Start party package, and may not apply to Annual Membership purchases. Annual memberships are not valid for summer camps, birthday parties, group bookings, field trips, or special events. Valid only at participating locations. Memberships purchased for the Grand Junction, CO location must be redeemed and used at the Grand Junction, CO park.
Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. The membership may only be used by the membership holder and is valid for one visit per day. Recurring monthly payments begin 30 days after the initial purchase date and will continue on a monthly basis until the membership is cancelled. A minimum of 4 monthly payments (your first payment plus 3 additional months) is required before a membership may be cancelled. Get Air reserves the right to alter its business hours or close to the public due to facility rentals, holidays, or other unpredictable or uncontrollable events. Admittance is first come, first served; memberships are not reservations and do not guarantee admittance at a specific time.
